Join the Meeting video call

If you have RSVP's, you will be sent a link in email to join the meeting a day or two
before the meeting.

1. On the date and at the time of the meeting, open your email message
2. Click the link  to Join the meeting .
3. If provided, enter the 10-letter meeting code from the meeting organizer.
4. Click Join.
5. Before you join the meeting, you can turn your camera and microphone 
   on or off.
6. To enter the call, click Join now.
7. When you're done, click End call .

Using A Telephone (Land Line Or Mobile)

If you have RSVP'd, you will be sent the number to call and an ID number
before the meeting.

1. On the day and time of the meeting, dial the phone number provided.

2. At the prompt, enter the meeting ID and press #.
   Note: If the meeting has not started, you will be prompted to stay on the line until the meeting begins.

3. Mute yourself when you join by pressing *6.

4. When you wish to unmute to speak, press *6 again.

5. To disconnect from the meeting, hang up the phone.
